The policy of the SanFrancisco Police of not releasing mug shots since 2020 is based on the fact that most violent criminals are niggers. DePape just happens to benefit from the policy. Although I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Nancy Pelosi put a word in as well.

We got the same law in Oregon in 2020 after Andy Ngo started posting mugshots of the blm rioters who got arrested and almost all were white/ jewish and worked for the state or state/local politicians.
Then came the law to protect the blacks when it was to protect themselves.
