All the more reason to eliminate voting and availability of ballots outside of voting precint houses where officials supervise the act of voting. Slowly, voting has been allowed outside voting precint locations to where all manner of corrupt and error filled voting takes place. It's all by design to disenfranchise voters so that the corrupt can maintain power.
