Elon used an exclamation point to punctuate his use of the common expression while Q used a period to terminate his. Agree that the arbitrary dropping of numbers went a little too far. It would have been enough for the creator to point out the coinciding phrases and say "how cool is that" instead of trying to hammer the square peg.
