Sure, why not. The left understands the power of ridicule and they can always ridicule non-Fetterman voters as being ableists or anti-differently-abled bigots. Kind of the same way that some people will never vote for a republican because they're so terrified of being called a racist. They have been programmed to believe that all republicans are racists and that a racist is the worst thing a person can be.
