Besides, drug importers would go out of business if there wasn't so much demand for the product. China didn't start our culture of glamorizing drugs.
There are federal laws on the books for trafficking and distribution of narcotics, murder and a slew of other felonies and the violation of 18 USC 242 is applicable. Biden, Myorkus and many other public officals are using the power of their offices to aid and abet the violations of these laws due to their willful acts of non enforcement. In doing so, they are depriving American citizens of the right to life, safety and protection from harm. They do not have discretion in which laws they enforce and which ones they do not. They are knowingly allowing these statutes to be violated and in doing so, are causing the deaths of 10's of thousands of citizens.
This statute is applicable to any elected or appointed official and the penalties are substantial. Where "death" is the result of an official's malfeasance of this law, the death penalty is one of the remedies.
