Moving a post not related to this sub isn't infringing free speech. It's done to keep default/popular subs on topic and organized.
This is how censorship starts. Instead of letting the participants decide what is relevant by exercising their freedom to engage or ignore a post, someone takes it upon themselves to decide for them by removing it or moving it elsewhere. If there is a concern about relevancy, contact the one who posted and discuss the concern. This way each can freely express themselves without being censored. All can learn from this approach.
