Q knew Snowden would end up in Russia before Mar 2019, that was 3.5 years ago.

That''s always been my guess. We''ll know when he empties out the cache of secrets because the Russians will drop a bullet in the back of his head and leave him face down in the snow. As long as he is alive he has some bargaining chip.
