IIRC, Affirmative Action's constitutionality is on the plate. As it openly promotes systemic discrimination against Americans. Only an extremely corrupt SCOTUS can argue it is legal. Regardless if there are those economically and socially disadvantages to that of Americans, such legislation is at its core illegal and unconstitutional. Even if you believe it requires rectification, systemic discrimination against Americans is still illegal and unconstitutional. Period.

If Affirmative Action is struck down, how will this change the jobs, education, and financial landscapes for non-whites? Does this chum the waters for international adjustments too?

So is the NFA.

Imagine getting a win on both. No more diversity hiring AND we could buy suppressors in the local shop or online? Fuck yes.
