civil hmmm as opposed to criminal....interesting .....sounds like the sister just made a case for hearing the trial in another jurisdiction , that was an extremely prejudicial news conference. totally unsure of NY discovery laws. there might be a silver lining to this, obviously precedent on taxes, records, so on...not sure how logical it is to say that by inflating the value lowers the cost of insurance and taxes...seems leftard logic to me
