So I was looking for something else and found this. Ian Schrager purchased the Standard hotel boutique line and permanently CLOSED the LA and West Hollywood locations. If you aren't familiar with these two locations, one was outed by Q years ago. They had a creepy website. On the main page they had a display for all you can eat Pizza & Pasta (which always seemed weird given the carb conscious LA/Hollywood crowd) and a photo of a girl in bed with a man wearing a bear head.

Q outed this around the time the GM died and linked it to Adam Schiff. https://wehoville.com/2018/01/31/gm-wehos-standard-hotel-identified-victim-newport-beach-helicopter-crash/

If you were on the chans back then lots of people started linking the standard with this hotel https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/la-hotel-where-body-was-found-water-tank-has-chilling-flna1C8487599 and a reality star I believe named Tia Tequila got involved and started saying dark evil things happened in these hotels and was very vocal on twitter and they shut her account down fast. On the chans lots of people linked all of this back to pizzagate.

So Schrager and another NYC business man purchased the Standard portfolio. Schrager is famous for Studio 54 (a known cesspool so make of that what you will) but he is a friend of Trump https://skift.com/2016/06/09/hotel-pioneer-ian-schrager-on-airbnb-donald-trump-and-the-true-definition-of-boutique/ and here is an article from 1998 showing him and Trump in good standing https://www.nytimes.com/1998/05/01/nyregion/schrager-plucks-st-moritz-hotel-from-trump-s-grasp.html

It is a very interesting coincidence that the two hotels that supposedly boasted adrenochrome parties and human trafficking and prostitution have now been closed permanently after being purchased. These were two huge money makers on the books. This hotel was owned by Chelsea Handlers ex boyfriend Andre Balzas. Here is a write up on the scumbag https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/money-and-power/a13511808/andre-balazs-facts-net-worth-properties/

But this is more interesting. While I can't find anything saying he divested himself of all properties, when you go to his site: http://www.andrebalazsproperties.com/ it doesn't exist anymore. He owned more than the standard. https://www.konaequity.com/company/andr%C3%A9-balazs-properties-4388759565/

Balzas' ex and his daughter own, you guessed it, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting slavery. https://www.freedomforall.org/blog It's called free for all and after being very active is curiously MIA in the blog/marketing department over the past few years.

I can't find anything about Balzas cashing out. Just a few gossip stories. https://www.tatler.com/article/andre-balazs-life-and-hotels

So I link all of this to Q because Q is the one who called my attention to this hotel but also question whether the EO on seizing property of human traffickers signed by Trump has anything to do with this. I say that because I question why anyone would purchase a boutique line and then close the money makers. If it was firesale and agreed on in advance that makes sense.

Worth noting.
