So I was looking for something else and found this. Ian Schrager purchased the Standard hotel boutique line and permanently CLOSED the LA and West Hollywood locations. If you aren't familiar with these two locations, one was outed by Q years ago. They had a creepy website. On the main page they had a display for all you can eat Pizza & Pasta (which always seemed weird given the carb conscious LA/Hollywood crowd) and a photo of a girl in bed with a man wearing a bear head.

On the chans lots of people linked all of this back to pizzagate.
So Schrager and another NYC business man purchased the Standard portfolio. It is a very interesting coincidence that the two hotels that supposedly boasted adrenochrome parties and human trafficking and prostitution have now been closed permanently after being purchased. These were two huge money makers on the books. This hotel was owned by Chelsea Handlers ex boyfriend Andre Balzas.
