Arrests should be possible on a charge of 'conspiracy to deprive Americans of their civil rights.'

Make them fight the endless lawsuits they throw at everyone else.

Bureaus and agencies are NOT actual governmental entities and must be eliminated ASAP.

This is the way. Suing them out of existence.
