Unless it is officially submitted to court (or is on the path to be submitted with a great likelihood of being accepted) , it doesn't exist.

Example - there is no evidence that the 2020 election had fraud. Sure there is tons of video, statistics, etc, but nothing has been or will be submitted to the courts, ergo, there is no evidence that the 2020 election had fraud.
