While the Judge dismisses the Civil aspect of this case, it is important to note the Judge exposes the fraud on the FISA Court and exposes the criminal aspect of the case. Which is Felony Fraud committed on the FISA Courts. Felony Fraud offers no protection from criminal charges for this crime by those involved. Now this places the DOJ and FBI in a corner. But any law that violates the Constitution is null and void to begin with. This point always gets ignored.
