Just because the document may say Secret, Top Secret ect ect doesnt mean it is still classified that way. when something is declassed they dont go and remove the classification form every single copy of that document. They post title and if it is declassed .. there is a publication put out by US Mil posting what has been declassed ..

Yes, Trump declassed them Jan 18th IIRC, so govt didn't have time to declass/reprint a new copy for him before he left office. DOJs argument is fake and gay.
