Fucking idiot reporter. Falling from 41% to 38% is a drop of 3 percentage points, or 7% (3/41 = 0.07). It is not a7 percentage point drop.

It wasn't just that he lost points of approval, he gained 4 points of disapproval for a net approval of -20 where it had been -13, hence 7 point swing.
