Was just listening to the demorat on Shannon Bream. Lie after lie. And they were obvious for anyone that has been paying attention. My favorite was: "The President can't willy-nilly declassify documents." Ah, yes he can you idiot.
If So , yeah total tard. Pres says declass and it is such. But here is my deal. Aside from your point and my post. . . We have 33 Levels Above Top Secret , including the President. So, Can you shine light on that ? Lets Go If We are going to Go. . .
Actually, Top Secret is the highest level. But there are additions to that like SCI, Cosmic, CNWDI, etc. Those different additions to Top Secret limit the access to a select group of people. There was one SCI program that only 3 people on the base had access to. I routinely called up squadron commanders and told them I needed 4 aircraft and crews for a special mission and that is all the information that they would know. I then briefed the crews and off they went. When I was doing Revolutionary Planning, I came up with way to defeat stealth. I was sent over to DARPA to talk to them. They read me in and red me right back out so I could never talk about it. All of these special access type programs and designations require you to be read in and when you leave you are read out. Currently, TS/SCI is way overused so bad people can get access to things they should not be able to see.
