Pete Santilli has confirmed The Intelligence Agencies are loosing it over the 30+ terrabites of data, Dennis Montgomery and Trumps knowledge of it all. Dennis created the HAMMER system designed to monitor international adversaries also containing predictive software technologies. This also encompasses international voting. The Agencies instead used the tech on the American people to the tune of over 20 million under surveillance and of course voting.
