During the discussion Kash Patel told Tucker’s audience the real reason why the raid took place. It was to prevent the disclosure of unclassified Russiagate documents that implicated the FBI and DOJ in the garbage investigation of candidate and then President Trump.

Now that they have this evidence in their possession they have two choices. Present it and make arrests or keep it hidden which pretty much establishes their guilt. Anything they have in their possession as evidence can and will be used against them at trial. They can not claim they had no idea. They could. LOL

The documents will be called upon in trial and mysteriously "lost". Unless there is a scanned copy or photocopy which is probably illegal they are gone and will never be seen again.
