I obviously have no idea if that NIH thing is relevant - I never saw it brought up.

You're NOT silly, at all. I might be the silly one for even considering it. IDK the date that building 7 was mentioned, but my guess is it was before the whole covid thing. If so, sounds like someone knew an infectious disease was coming.
