he didn't great evil, he allows evil. he is powerless to stop evil, obviously evil is more powerful than god.
That's a stupid take, evil is a consequence of free will, he gave us free will, it's us who choose evil. The fact is you can't have free will without the choice for evil, he can stop it but that means no free will. You can't have one without the other and he chose giving us free will was more important than eradicating evil so he allows evil and gave us the choice. Evil is our own creation, not the devil's. We make evil when we break his laws, he told us how to be good and we choose what is more immediately beneficial.
how do you know that evil is a consequence of free will? what if satan is controlling you?
That removes free will and I call that bullshit. Daemons in Roman lore were tutelary spirits that represented certain characteristics, being possessed by a Daemon was something more akin to an addiction that some Hollywood excorcist.
The feeling of lust towards another woman when you promised yourself to another could be described as being possessed by a Daemon of lust, it's an entirely selfish and natural feeling to feel and submitting to that emotion breaks the law of adultery. We have the choice to obey that law and be loyal to your wife or commit adultery and a sin. The selfish need to hookup with someone can feel overwhelming, like its out of your control but it is always your choice to act, your choice to get into that situation, your choice to be vulnerable to your weakness.
Evil is created when we make certain selfish choices, it's not from Satan, all he can do is tempt us with evil
