They only established just because and not the standard of probable cause. And no self respecting Judge would have signed the warrant to this crap. They would demand probable cause to be shown before they would sign off. Something a few of us pointed out yesterday. No wonder they wanted to keep it sealed and then had to break out the paint brushes to redact. This will come back to bite them and they know it.

I guess they forgot to redact something. "Brock noted the affidavit even acknowledged the president had the power to declassify and did not call the documents in dispute classified but rather documents with classified markings."

I hate a bully (FBI), but I pity a dumb bully (Biden's FBI) .

What made me laugh is when he presented all his qualifications and schools. That establish credibility and qualifications and he hands this crap for a judge to sign with zero probable cause being established. I am surprised the judge did not tell him to go back to these school and refuse to sign it.

So the next Republican President, and his Republican Attorney General, has precedent to raid Joe, Hunter, and (Jim??) Hunter's homes. "We're fishing for more documents on Joe's conspiracy to defraud the US Gov't."
