Democrat DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is denying unvaccinated students an education. Unvaccinated students will not be allowed in school and there will not be an option for virtual learning. Over 40% of blacks ages 12 to 17 are not vaccinated for Covid, the Daily Signal reported.
