I've posted this before so this is a follow up. They banks have had clauses to mandate Insurance as terms of the loans made. If you do not insure, they can default your agreement and demand payment or they take over the property essentially. Some lenders would " aquire " insurance for you and bill you on the backside. NOT ANY MORE. This is being weaponized very quickly. For example Florida has insurance companies leaving, on purpose. The large collective like Black Rock is funding this. They plan on removing all your options Quickly. Millions will be in legal jeopardy and under Lawfare attack. Start thinking outside the box to solve this issue before it shows up and get educated. I'm not going to provide any advice here. You can find solutions. But just know, they are coming to take your land and house in Red States as they contract the noose around our necks. I will say this. If you look at things properly, examples like this are MASSIVE opportunities for Patriots to open companies to do business with Patriots. Texas has banned large groups of business from doing business in Texas due to the evil ways they attack Texans. We also do the same by voting with out checkbook. Banks and Black Rock will be relentless. They want to be left holding physical assets when paper is worth nothing, when the music stops.
