From what I see, this multiple past DUI criminal spent under 24hrs in jail, but since that time spanned 2 days they call it 2 days (!), good behavior gets him 2 days off (!) And then they convert the last day of his mandatory 5 days of jail to 8hrs community service (!). He keeps his license!!! Breathalyzer on his car, but keeps his license!!! Pay for damages. No mention of a rumored minor in his car at the time of the accident nor drugs found on him. No mention of a big fine. No details why "a second charge was dismissed in the interest of justice." WTF?!
