Exactly Patriot, and they could not prove who actually placed those documents in those boxes. I doubt he had time to examine every document. But allegedly they have known this for months, and even advised Trump to put a extra lock on the safe. Then what is interesting is they have known this for months and suspect these documents being Highly classified and possible Nuclear they sat on it for a while ? They claim urgency to recover said documents but their actions show sitting on their arses. Who wants to explain that at trial to a jury why they sat on it ?

He declassified all of it. So it is bull shit! The president power to declass without paperwork is his power. He is God when it comes to declass what he says goes. He announce it on twitter when he says I declassed it all!! So they can pound salt because he is right! It can have classified all over it and he says you can look at it , I declassify it it is ok to be in anothers hand.

FORMALLY classified. Also President Trump still has the highest clearance level and a SCIF in Mar-a-Lago. So he can have any classified documents that he wants. Lots of government related small businesses have classified in their homes. There is a process for that, but it is not that hard.

Not sure where it is in the complex. It would be a windowless room and could be underground. Underground would be a bit of a challenge there because of the water table.
