Too often, after deadly terrorist attacks, we learn the FBI had advance warnings that somehow slipped through the cracks.

when you are the terrorist and you commit terrorism for power and money you have the motive and the means and as we are seeing they will even kidnap governors so whats something like killing a few plebs for the bigger picture.
