so much money and the J6 prisoners have to beg for donations. Disgusting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

... and nary a peep out of GOPe leadership about the obvious mistreatment of J6 patriot prisoners in 1.5 years. The GOPe have shown their true colors for the normies to see. They have signed their own career death sentences. Let it be so.

Democrat v. Republic is over and done. we've evolved to Globalist v. Populist.

Many political affiliations can fall under Populism, but if internal control and actually bettering the country aren't part of your agenda, you're not a populist.

Agree, but many of the normies still believe in the two party paradigm. They are slowly waking up.

how can you have a politically focused non-profit? the profit is the power to sway governments that is not non profit

[–] 1 pt

Exactly - you can have a politically-focused nonprofit, but they can't be classified as tax exempt if they're engaging in biased political activity - which is most of them.

Leonard A. Leo's wiki page.

Impressive credentials. Not excited about his campaign to support the Supreme Court nomination of John Roberts. Roberts could have been blackmailed/corrupted after nomination I suppose.

Leo said in a statement that “it’s high time for the conservative movement to be among the ranks of George Soros, Hansjörg Wyss, Arabella Advisors, and other left-wing philanthropists, going toe-to-toe in the fight to defend our Constitution and its ideals.”

Uh, no. This "philanthropy" on both side of the fence needs to stop - We have replaced "We The People" with "We the NGOs." Ir all needs to stop.

I interpret this as to raise Conservatism to enjoy similar funding as the Marxist movement. Essentially a financial shot in the arm to allow conservatives to promote conservatism at the same magnitude as the Marxists promote their poisonous agenda.

Yes, it could be a GOPe ploy to fight MAGA, but I don't get that strong vibe, yet.

I agree that it's looked at as a way to level the playing field. However, the people funding this stuff, have a big influence on decisions - just bc someone has money 1) does not mean that they are somehow endowed with the ability to pick the right people, and 2) We The People are being left out of the equation.

Until dark money is legislated to be illegal, equal funding should/could/would at least create an equal playing field. Yes, I agree dark money should not be in US politics, but the political criminals that enabled it are still in power. Using this back door dark money approach against those who created it seems appropriate - until new legislation eliminates dark money.

Yeah, I saw that article when I researched this guy after posting. I'm still thinking the $1.6B is a good thing for MAGA.
