Guy got a traffic ticket thrown out. Requested the court to be a law of the land, before passing through the bar. Judge went back to his chambers came back out with books and certificates, ranted on about his knowledge.. guy re-requested the change. Judge dismissed it. By the judge leaving and re-entering it reset the request. The judge knew this but figured the guy I know didn't.
