Q didnt ever address this,i think thats why it was dismissed. Possibly because of the current purveyors of this subject call themselves judges,or other such nonsense. my personal opinion is that is the reason it was kept off the table, so it wouldnt get hijacked by that group as they were certainly bigger @ the time, much like Alex jones was excluded early on. the truth comes from the bottom up, not from the top down. Guy got a traffic ticket thrown out. Requested the court to be a law of the land, before passing through the bar. Judge went back to his chambers came back out with books and certificates, ranted on about his knowledge.. guy re-requested the change. Judge dismissed it.
By the judge leaving and re-entering it reset the request. The judge knew this but figured the guy I know didn't. When they guy showed he knew what was going on, the judge knew that he knew, and didn't want to have to deal with it.

It sounds like crazy sovereign citizen stuff. But they aren't crazy, they just haven't studied enough. I definitely have not, and this is a reminder to spend more time on it.
