The failed Sussman trial was to be expected in a DC court. The main purpose of that case was to unlock more info and get it on record. Durham wasn’t expecting to win that case.

Now for the prosecutor, he is working on another high profile case involving two Americans who helped ISIS. This case begins in November so Durham changed his focus as that needs preparation. Mr DeFilippis can’t work on both cases at once. He would be spread too thin.
