My guess is December 2022 is the last full month of Dem total control, assuming a red wave in November. Fauci can try to bury documents, memos, etc of his activities at NIAID, GTFO of town and head to another country [China?]. Biden might even blanket pardon him in Jan 2023 to keep Congress from digging in too deep and exposing puppet masters. It gives Fauci options if SHTF for him because of a Republican House and Senate, he knows Rand Paul and Jim Jones will have his ass if he stays. If the Democrats steal Nov 2022, Fauci potentially avoids that bullet and could change retirement timing plans.
A LOT will be happening between now and the end of the year. I feel we will be winning bigly and the left will be throwing everything real and illusionary that they can muster against us. Fauci wants to have a timely exit before being fully exposed to the normies for the evil that he is.
I hope it works positively, but the reality is that these people want us dead. We have been in this game for centuries, if not before written history, so the reality is either one of two: it will never end, or one of us is eradicated completely.
IMHO, (((they))) exploit basic human instinct and flaws in order to introduce their thought virus. Example: you cannot kill 'communism' by destroying the countries and their leaders. It is a thought, a way of living: "collective power" versus "individual power"; Borg bots vs Anarchists.

Agree, evil cannot be 100% eliminated ... but it's current power structure and hold on the present and future of humanity can be broken. We can defang it ... until evil reorganizes and pops up someday in the future.
