I don't disagree, Russia does have a very poor track record with having respect for human life. Those methods are highly effective too, and there is far too much gained from controlling high profile officials. If I receive my family members body parts my opinions would be swayed. Yes when you put it that way it is clear the kgb just has a new name. I really do not disagree with anything your saying.
