It's not some magical power. Russia doesn't have a monopoly on brutality. The EU can do it just as easily and I'm sure they would if pushed to it. I'm certain that some of the countries that make up the EU have done similar things in their history. Either way who gives a fuck about Russia or Ukraine? Kill each other as much as possible please.
