From what I read in the article, the appellate judges know that this has happened and still refuse his appeal.
Their argument?
The evidence that the crooked FBI agent erased from his hard drive wasn’t “exculpatory enough” and that information was able to be found elsewhere anyway.
Which is an interesting argument because it begs the question: how the fuck would the appellate judges know what was on the hard drive to then know whether or not it was “exculpatory enough”? Considering the evidence was erased, they wouldn’t know what the evidence is, now would they?
Our federal government is every bit as crooked and probably even more so than all of those other countries we’ve been told to hate.
Yep. This is more and more the hard truth.
