In the PA rolls I found by comparing old vs new rolls that they regularly add in whole entire registrations with full blown backlog voting histories straight in to the rolls.

So ie a new voter registration will get added, but will have voting histories for the past 20 years and a registration date 20 years ago.

For the 2020 election they added like 400-700 thousand of these. If their excuse is they were previous voters who moved out. Is someone trying to tell me fucking 400-700 thousand people moved in to the state WHO WERE PREVIOUSLY just moved out of the state just for the 2020 election?
