Just poking around, I found that this Susan Osborne (who signed the order) has ties to New York City. Couldn't find anything specific on Juan Gonzales, other than his knee-jerk letter condemning Muslim hate after the recent killing in New Mexico is still up on their website (probably posted before they discovered that it was another Muslim who did the killing).

I think that was for the warrant and inventory. The affidavit is a separate document which theoretically provided justification for the warrant.
