Not surprising at all. Child Pornography is the "Nuclear Option" when used. FBI has, according to what I've read elsewhere, has the largest collection of Child Pornography in the world -about 1 Petabyte. They can and will, along with others of their ilk, hack into a person's computer or other electronic device and plant it. This wouldn't be the first time either. Wondering just how many others have been entrapped like this over the past years.

My guess would be well over 20,000. CP seems to be the "catch all" the FBI does to arrest someone.
