I know it was Black people because there were five shootings and only one death. Gangbangers don’t shoot accurately because they’re not defending their lives, typically they’re just acting out their aggression on other people. The more bullets they shoot, the better they feel. School shooters that happen to be white, on the other hand, do a much better job of targeting.
