FYI, there are 16 Magistrates in FL......5 of which should be on duty at any given time. What are the chances that Reinhart is the only guy available? Who called in sick or went on vacation......? Strategically timed....and explains why they had it signed on a Friday and then waited until Monday to conduct the raid.

Signed on Friday and waited until Monday. But the warrant was based on the imminent danger of evidence being destroyed. Didn't seem that urgent to them.

I suppose their argument is they couldn't demand the documents, they had to go get them. But the destruction would be triggered when it was known the docs have been sought, so they filed the warrant under seal.
