Last year my wife's SS was raised $23 a month. Her Medicare premium went up $19. Her supplemental insurance (Medicare only covers 80% of health care cost) went up $30. I don't remember how much her Prescription plan went up, but you get the idea how 'helpful' SS increases are. And if you move to another area it's not easy to find a primary care physician that will accept new Medicare patients.
Great comment I was thinking the same, they'll jack the price of the Medicare premium.
