They are going to attempt to arrest him yet on some "Trump " up charge. The American people have had just about enough of the left shit the tables will soon turn. The left steal , abuse ,rape ,use drugs and murder and go unpunished. 80% pole the other day two tier justice system. What if Trump is the first arrest that shocks the world? What if all the shit the left did comes out in his trial? Televised! the world is watching live! 24-7 All the shit the deep state did will come out in defense. No one could stop information from flowing outward. He would be cleared reelected. They would be rounded up for the coup and hung in military tribunals. As the military recognizes the Trump legitimate president as all the information is now in the open. May be the plan?
That said, with the Alex Jones trial, really nothing that the government wanted to come out, came out. They found him guilty without a trial - just an announcement from the judge. The actual "trial" that just concluded was just to determine monetary damages. Yes, it was civil and not criminal.
Then you have the Bannon trial, where again information was well contained. He is now appealing since his defenses were removed - but you have the DoJ and the Court system conspiring to limit everything that is not conducive to their particular version of the story.
Basically, we are now in the time of the "Kangaroo" courts
