The driver of the other car, who was she?
Was her car taken over with remote access to cause this crash? House Ethics Committee Chair? Too much of a sensitive position, if she refused to budge on something. A remotely controlled vehicle can eliminate problems like this especially if Walorski's car was tracked/live.
She should have setup a "deadman switch" to account for a shitty situation if there is foul play involved.
She should have setup a "deadman switch"
The most common 'deadman switch' is other people. Which are easily identified with the social networking component of the xkeyscore system.
The other type, software based, easily break if an upload site changes a single element of the site. Worse, if your flight gets delayed, and your check-in is prevented because of DDOS or network issues, guess what? The deadman switch fires while you're still alive--which means, in some circumstances, the person behind a deadman switch won't be!

Never heard of a deadman switch being another person.

Then that's not a deadman switch.
Then that's not a deadman switch.
How do you think the information gets dropped or posted dadudemon?
I sincerely want to hear what you believe constitutes a dead man switch.
