Anything that gets away from hiring teachers who have gotten degrees in quote education unquote is a good thing. It's always better to have teachers that have real life experience and if all somebody's ever done is gone to school and then gone through to get many advanced degrees in education then they're going to have a polluted mind and have no real experience in the real world and this is what's become wrong with most teachers today. It's too hard to replace them because states have legal requirements that people have education degrees. This rules out normal people becoming teachers.
