it's just so beyond insane this is allowed to fly. if we were in high school and tallying up votes for prom king and someone said "no one can watch me count or count the votes themselves" you'd immediately think they're about to cheat.... because they are and it would not occur since the corruption would be so fucking obvious. so how in the fuck does this happen at this level ? how is this allowed?
