Why would you want term limits? Politicians seek re-election like businesses seek profit. How do you think companies would function if we passed a profit cap?

The bill was introduced by Hank Johnson, the guy who if there are too many people on them.

I think there should be periodic re-confirmations of justices, not necessarily hard term limits. What's funny though is that these dems have just proposed a surefire way to get rid of Kagan, Sotomayor, Roberts, and the non-biologist.

Fucking morons don't understand the Constitution. You need an amendment you fucking retards. The life term is in the fucking Constitution, and it's there specifically for situations like we have today. The founders wanted the justices to be free from influence of politicians.
