When you look at that chart, with the blue line of Biden under the red line for Trump, what you need to realize is that not only does the sudden blip up in Biden's numbers represent election fraud (those were the fake ballots being trucked in), but the entire blue line is too high -- there was election fraud all along its length, via the electronic voting process. Biden didn't get anywhere near the number of votes he is said to have received. Eighty-one million? More votes than any other president? More than Obama? Give me a break. And don't forget, Obama's vote numbers were record high ... which means Democrat election fraud was hard at work, pumping up Obama's numbers even back then. No wonder Hillary was so outraged when she lost to Trump -- she had been told the fix was in.

I think that's a symptom of fractional voting that you are describing. A % of each of Trumps votes were added to Biden's tally throughout the day based on a predetermined result.
The glitch was not only the ballot stuffing but a reconciliation of the prior votes in order for the physical number of ballots and reported vote numbers to be roughly equal in the end.
