Looks like suicide by cop.

Yep. She's walking around thinking twice but then says to herself there's a cop and fires in the air before pointing it and getting dropped. If this was a shooting attempt, her walking around would have most likely been making sure no cops were around to get as many people as possible.

It is pretty odd. Failed MKU? Voice of god tech glitch? She seems to wander around first. Maybe just decided not to kill? Guess we’ll never know.

At first I thought there could be a connection with Odufuwa which contains "DFW" (the main Dallas airport code), but it turns out she was at the other one (DAL).
