Our insurance went belly up last year. I purchased new and started it one week before the end date on other closing down. I looked on line to update info with mortgage company, didnt really see how to do it.. kind said fuck it they wont know till end of year.. Wrong they went out and paid $$$ for new insurance! I was like WTF? took a few to get my money back, then they wanted 107 dollars for the one week between there new start date & my new date..So at one point we had 3 policies.. Guess they deleted my original info, was a mess.. They collected the 107 four months after the week they were charging me for.. Assholes.. Like talking to a Wall..
