What shite. Yeah they got 2 people but they didn't charge the intermediaries or the individuals who received the illegal ballots. So what exactly happened here? Well both officials pleaded guilty which probably means the prosecutors agreed not to charge the intermediaries if they plead guilty. Hooray! 2 idiots go to prison and the hydra grows several more heads. More needs to be done.
